Reset your forgotten password

If you are a current student or staff member at the University of Sydney, you may use this portal to reset your lost or forgotten password. To use this service you must have previously recorded your Australian mobile phone number and personal email adddress within Sydney Student or MyHROnline. Staff members also need a registered staff PIN. If you have not completed these steps please contact the ICT Helpdesk on 02 9351 2000 or ict.support@sydney.edu.au for further assistance.

To use the Password Reset Portal you will need to:

  1. Have your Australian mobile phone turned on, and able to receive text messages
  2. Have access to your personal email account to receive new messages
  3. Know your staff PIN if you are a staff member

When you are ready to proceed, please type your UniKey into the UniKey field, and click "Submit"

Enter your UniKey
