Reset your forgotten password
If you are a current student or staff member at the University of Sydney, you may use this portal to reset your lost or forgotten password. Students to use this service must have previously recorded your mobile phone number and personal email address within Sydney Student. Staff members to use this service must have previously enrolled via the Self-service Unikey Password Reset Enrolment portal. If you have not completed these steps please contact the ICT Helpdesk on 02 9351 2000 (option 2) or email@example.com for further assistance.
If you know your password and simply wish to change it to something else, please click here.
Otherwise, proceed based on your role at the University. If you are both a student and a staff member, you must use the staff link.
