Reset your forgotten password

If you are a current student at the University of Sydney, you may use this portal to reset your lost or forgotten password. To use this service you must have previously recorded your mobile phone number and personal email adddress within Sydney Student. If you have not completed this step please contact the ICT Helpdesk on 02 9351 6000 or for further assistance.

If you know your password and simply wish to change it to something else, please click here.

To use the Password Reset Portal you will need to:

  1. Have your mobile phone turned on, and able to receive text messages
  2. Have access to your personal email account to receive new messages
